Lyflynks, Inc. (“LyfLynks”, “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy by the means outlined in this policy (“Privacy Policy”) . This Privacy Policy describes what kinds of data we may collect, how we collect it, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and what rights you have concerning it (the “Information”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service of our website (http: LyfLynks.com), any subsequent or replacement site, (together referred to as the “Site”) and our LyfLynks Application (the “App”). We encourage you to become familiar with the terms and conditions of both this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. By accessing and using the Site and/or the App, you agree that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and you accept and consent to the privacy practices (and any uses and disclosures of Information) that are described in this Privacy Policy.
What Information Do We Collect?
Certain aspects of the Site and the App may allow you to submit Information to us or to request Information from us. For example, if you register as a Family Caregiver (as defined on our Site), you will be required to provide us with certain Information. The Information that you provide may include personal or individually identifiable information, including but not limited to; your name, email address, telephone numbers, and other contact Information. You should be mindful of the Information that you choose to provide to us, and you agree that any Information that you do provide is complete, truthful, and accurate.
If you register as a Family Caregiver, you may enter, upload, or post personal or health Information about yourself or your family, friends, or other loved ones into your account on the Site and the App for sharing with other designated members of the private community that you establish or of which you are a part. You may also send messages to members of your private community and others through the Site and the App. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary or appropriate consent and authorization (including any necessary or appropriate patient consent) to share as you designate any Information that you provide or make available, whether on or through your account or private community, on the Site and the App. Furthermore, you agree to respect the privacy and rights of others.
In addition to the Information described above, we may also collect certain identifying Information from or about you in connection with your use of the Site and the App. For example, we may retain the content of, and metadata concerning , any correspondence you may have with us or our representatives, regardless of the subject matter or the means of communication by which such correspondence is made. This Information helps us to improve our capabilities and services, as well as the Site, the App, and any content, materials, and opportunities that we feature or describe on the Site and the App, and to more effectively and efficiently respond to both current and future inquiries.
As with many other websites, the web servers used to operate the Site and the App may automatically collect certain Information pertaining to you and the equipment and communications method that you use to access the Internet, the Site, and the App. Without combining this data with other sources of Information, they do not readily or personally identify you. How Do We Use The Information That We Collect?

For example, if you register as Family Caregiver, we will use the Information that you provide to set up your account or access to the Site and the App. If you request information or materials from us about our services, we may use the Information that you provide to contact you and to deliver the requested materials to you. However, except as specifically provided for in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose, sell, lease, or license personally or individually identifiable Information (including health-related information) about any individual for purposes other than that for which it was submitted.
With regard to other Information collected by or on the Site and the App, in addition to the uses mentioned or described above or otherwise described in our Terms of Service, we may use the Information that we collect to analyze and improve the content, features, materials, and opportunities that we make available on the Site and the App. We may also use the Information to notify you of changes made to the Site and the App or of new opportunities made available on or through the Site and the App, to evaluate your needs and customize the Site and the App content delivered to you according to those needs, to send you promotional materials, and for other legitimate and lawful business purposes. If you contact us for support or assistance in connection with using the Site and the App, we may use Information about you or your system for other purposes such as verifying whether your system meets the minimum requirements needed to use the Site and the App and any capabilities or functionality that we make available on the Site and the App. In addition, we may use Information that we collect or obtain about you, from time to time, to send you announcements, newsletters, and notices about our services, sponsors and partners.
With Whom Do We Share Information That We Collect?
If you enter, upload, or post personal or health Information about yourself or your family, friends, or other loved ones into your account on the Site and the App for sharing with other designated members of your private community, we will make that Information available, through the capabilities of the Site and the App as you designate. By doing so, you agree that you have obtained all necessary and appropriate consent and authorization to share as you designate, any Information that you provide or make available on or through your account or private community on the Site and the App.
The Site and the App are designed and intended for use by users in the United States, Canada and other countries, however, Information provided for posting or making available on the Site and the App is stored in the United States. However, you acknowledge and understand that the Site and the App are available, via the Internet, throughout the world. By submitting or providing Information on or to the Site and the App, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of all relevant jurisdictions, including but not limited to, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary or appropriate consent of others to, any transmission of that Information across country boundaries, as necessary for the purposes for which the Information was submitted.
We will not, in the course of conducting our business, and in addition to any other uses or disclosures mentioned above or otherwise described in our Privacy Policy, share certain individually-identifiable Information that we collect or that you submit to us, whether solicited or unsolicited, to the trusted business partners and service providers that we utilize in operating, maintaining, and further developing the Site and the App and in delivering the content, materials, opportunities, and services that we make available on or through the Site,the App, or otherwise as part of our business. We share such Information only to the extent necessary and appropriate for the purposes for which the Information was collected or submitted (such as, for example, as necessary for purposes of communicating with you or fulfilling your requests for services, or for purposes of hosting the Site and the App), and we require our business partners and service providers to be subject to ongoing obligations of confidentiality.
We may also produce reports on Site and App traffic or usage patterns and share these reports with our business partners and others. The Information contained in these reports is anonymous and does not allow identification of any specific individual or entity. Similarly, we may from time to time share with third parties other aggregated information and data that do not identify any particular individual or entity. Other than as expressly provided in this Privacy Policy, any personal Information that we obtain through the Site and the App will not be shared with third parties in a manner that identifies or is attributable to any particular individual.

As we continue to grow and develop our business, it is possible that our organizational structure may change, that we may merge or otherwise combine with another company, or that we, or portions of our business, may be acquired by another company. In the event of such a transaction, customer Information generally is will likely be one of the transferred business assets. In no way, and under any theory of liability, in contract, tort, or otherwise, will LyfLynks be liable to you for misuse of Information by any third party.
What Rights Do You Have?
When using the Site and the App, you choose what Information to enter, upload, or post into, and what messages to send through, your account on the Site and the App and with whom such Information is to be shared.
The Family Caregiver may also use the functionality of the Site and the App to update, maintain, and remove Information about themselves or their family, friends, and other loved ones that they have posted to their respective private communities on the Site and the App, as well as personal or individually identifiable iInformation regarding themselves that is stored in their respective accounts.
Family Caregivers must be at least 18 years old to register, set up and manage the accounts for themselves and/or others. If you are not 18 years old, you agree to not attempt to register, set up and manage account(s) for yourself and/or others. Security
LyfLynks uses high-level security and encryption. We use a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect the security of your personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. LyfLynks also maintains standard physical and electronic procedural safeguards that limit access to your personal Information to our employees (or people working on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements) who, through the course of standard business activities, need to access your personal Information. Your personal Information will be stored in a secure manner. Full access to the Site and the App is enabled only by usernames and passwords. You are fully and solely responsible for any and all use of the Site and the App App using your username and password. We reserve the right to revoke or deactivate your username and password at any time.
Account Deletion
If you wish to request the permanent deletion of your account, please contact us at support@LyfLynks.com or by calling our Member Care Center at 1-888-769-5870. We may decline requests that are prohibited by law, could adversely affect the privacy or other rights of another person, are not required to be honored by applicable law, or where we are unable to authenticate you as the person to whom the information relates.
Changes to This Policy
Periodically, we may update our privacy practices and this Privacy Policy due to changes in our business or services and/or legal or regulatory requirements. In the event of any changes to our privacy practices, notice will be given and a revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site and the App.
